Welcome to The Easy Day Way (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the coaching, counselling, and related services we provide (“Services”).
By using this website or booking our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

The Easy Day Way provides life coaching and personal development guidance aimed at promoting wellbeing, motivation, and self-awareness.
Our Services are not psychotherapy, counselling by a licensed clinician, or medical treatment, and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

If you are experiencing psychological distress, mental health challenges, or a crisis, please contact a licensed healthcare provider or local emergency service.

All information, materials, and conversations offered through The Easy Day Way are for personal development and educational purposes only.
You acknowledge and agree that:

• We are not licensed medical or mental health professionals.
   
• We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, personal results, or specific achievements.
   
• You are solely responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and actions before, during, and after participation in our Services.
   

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law:

• The Easy Day Way, its owner(s), and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in our Services or use of our website.
   
• You agree to hold The Easy Day Way harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your participation or reliance on any information provided.
   
• You understand and accept that your engagement with our Services is voluntary and entirely at your own risk.
   

By engaging with The Easy Day Way, you agree to:

• Participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.
   
• Communicate honestly during all sessions.
   
• Seek professional medical or psychological support when appropriate.
   
• Treat all communications with confidentiality and respect.
   

All personal information shared during coaching or counselling sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except:

• Where disclosure is required by law, or
   
• Where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
   

We comply with applicable EU data protection regulations (GDPR).

• Payment Terms:
  All session fees must be paid at the time of booking via IBAN bank transfer or WISE App transfer.
   
• Cancellation Policy:
   
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
     
  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the full session fee is forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.
     
  • For cancellations made correctly (with at least 24 hours’ notice), no refunds are provided; however, the payment will be applied as a credit toward your next booked appointment.
     
  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (“no-show”) will result in the forfeiture of the session fee without credit or refund.
     

All website content, materials, branding, and written works under The Easy Day Way are the intellectual property of The Easy Day Way and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the EU.

The Easy Day Way may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website or Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
